If you are looking for a NEAR Perfect copy of: JIM REEVES 'SIGNING DOWN THE LANE'...Look NO further for you have found: A BEAUTIFUL copy of this LP.  As a Jim Reeves collector, I must say that this LP/WAX is by far one of the most beautiful/near examples of perfection that I have found!
The WAX: is in PRISTINE, GLOSSY and as MARK FREE that I think you will ever find; short of buying this LP Brand New.  And, of course that won't be happening!  The Jacket has some minor issues that I will cover in the next paragraph.
The JACKET: is in EXCELLENT Condition.  The FRONT is as NEAR PERFECT as you will find, given the age.  The BACK SIDE is just starting to show signs of ring wear at the top and bottom.  PLEASE refer closely to the attached pictures for a more detailed discovery.  It would be nice to have a NEAR PERFECT JACKET to go with this NEAR PERFECT record, but we are just shy of completing the combination to that degree.
The BOOK END SEAM is: ENTIRELY INTACT and in PRISTINE CONDITION!  The TOP JACKET SEAM: is in FACTORY PERFECT Condition and shows NO SIGNS of  wear!  !!WOW!!  Amazing!
The Bottom Seam: is not in quite as perfect condition, HOWEVER!! the condition is quite Fair overall considering the age.
The Bottom Seam: shows a 1" starting of a SPLIT SEAM at the record entry point.  In addition, the FAR RIGHT EDGE OF SEAM is starting to show stress at the book end corner.   Other than those very small anomalies, this JACKET is in EXCELLENT CONDITION!!  PLEASE refer to photographs for further scrutinizing.
The SLEEVE that came with the record is included.  Although it has taken a beating (HA!) it IS the original and thus, I have made sure to include.  See photo for detail.  It is a bit haggard but works fine as its function is to 'self-sacrifice' in order to protect the wax from being disturbed!
