You are bidding on a nice copy of Jim Waller and the Deltas' Surfin' Wild. It's on Arvee Records, number AS 432.

The jacket is in fine shape. There's hardly any ring wear and the colors are nice and bright. Edges and spine are in fine condition. There's a little bit of dirt on the back, but otherwise it looks fine.

The vinyl has many fine scratches on both sides. On side 1, there are two big scuffs - one 7 inches, one 3 inches. It plays fine and you really can't tell they're there; it just doesn't look very pretty.

A fine record that will be the envy of your friends! 

GRADING: Grading is visual only unless otherwise stated. I use Goldmine standards, with a modification, and tend to be critical. Standards are as follows:

Near Mint (NM or M-) a nearly perfect record. No obvious signs, of wear. Only signs of slight handling.

Very Good Plus Plus (VG++) Better than Very Good Plus, but not quite Near Mint.

Very Good Plus (VG+) Some signs of wear, slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect play. Label may have some ring wear, discoloration but barely noticeable. Cover may show slight wear such as lightly turned up corners & slight seam split. LP cover may have slight signs of wear.

Very Good (VG) Many of the defects found in VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG record. Groove wear will start to be noticeable. Labels may have writing, tape or stickers attached. The same will be true of sleeves or LP cover.

Good(G), Good Plus (G+) Record will play without skipping, but will have surface noise, scratches and visible groove wear. Cover will have seam splits, especially at the bottom or on the spine. Tape, writing, ring wear will be evident.
