Here we have one of my favorite box sets but I gotta let it go due to life's cruel circumstances!"Aaaarrghhh!!" Let my loss be your great find! Yes. its THE JIMI HENDRIX GERMAN POLYDOR STEREO 2625 038 BOX SET! Its the Rare 1980 German Issue Limited Edition Vinyl Box Set containing 11 red Polydor label LPs + an exclusive 12" maxi-single featuring Hey Joe & Gloria. All the LP's are in their original glossy import covers. It also includes a 16-page booklet with tracklist, biography & many pictures both in trippy color and trippy black and white! It all comes presented in a stunning sturdy slipcase picture box. It really is very hard to find! These just don't pop up for auction the way they used to! I bought mine in 1985 but never had to play it more than a couple of times because I had most of it on CD since 1986 before I eventually got it all  (Most of it I had on other import LPs -I'm keeping those-anyway) . Its rarely ever been played! This brings us to condition: The Vinyl Is VG++ (Stunning; they all look brand new). The 12 Covers Are VG to VG++ (the only reason for the VG is that about five of the lps have very , very minor paper loss from regular wear & tear along the top edge of the cover which cannot be seen from the back or the front of said cover ,it is so small). There is also a crease (Barely noticeable-pardon the pun!) and slight paper loss on top edge of "Nude" Electric Ladyland cover. Also: The 12" Single of Hey Joe/Gloria is in a paper picture cover.  THE BOOKLET is in Excellent Shape (No Loose Pages, Folds, Rips or Cut-Outs)-just minor creasing in the back from handling.  The BOX and SLIPCASE are VG. (This is due to a tiny bit of crease and a tiny loose corner on the top of the box [see picture].It is very minor)!There is also a minor ripple on back of box but that is because the box is covered in some kind of super- deluxe vinyl material (see last pic). It is not damaged. Some might say that I'm being too picky but I have to tell you these things because they are there! Nothing worse than surprises when a seller tells you its perfect and its less than that!) There is NO POSTER . Sorry, but I never got one either!I never knew there was one until today as a matter of fact! Sheeesh! If anyone needs more photos just email me here.
