THE CRY OF LOVE
More than four decades after it's original release, Jimi Hendrix's first-ever posthumous album gets the treatment it's long deserved. Remastered from the original analog tapes by Bernie Grundman and pressed on 200g vinyl at QRP, The Cry of Love sounds better than ever, with the legendary guitarist's futuristic playing and soulful deliveries now possessing unrivaled presence, dynamics, extension, and tonal balance. The record—recently cited by VH1 as the greatest posthumous classic-rock release in history—also features the original cover artwork and track sequencing, making this pressing absolutely essential and unmistakably definitive.  Originally released in 1971, The Cry Of Love was compiled and mixed by Hendrix’s longtime engineer Eddie Kramer and Experience drummer Mitch Mitchell. The bulk of the tracks were recorded between December 1969 and the summer of 1970 at Electric Lady Studios in New York, and were intended to be part of an ambitious double LP tentatively titled First Rays of the New Rising Sun. Commercially, The Cry Of Love was a huge success, reaching #3 in the U.S. and #2 in the UK, and spawned favorites such as “Angel,” “Freedom,” and “Ezy Ryder.”
RAINBOW BRIDGE
Jimi Hendrix's second posthumous album, Rainbow Bridge, has been remastered from the original analog tapes by Bernie Grundman and pressed on 200g vinyl at QRP. The record—mistakenly believed by many to be a live record despite featuring only one live cut—also features the original cover artwork and track sequencing, making this pressing absolutely essential and unmistakably definitive.   Rainbow Bridge was compiled and mixed in 1971 by Eddie Kramer and Mitch Mitchell, with the help of Electric Lady Studios engineer John Jansen. Most of the tracks were recorded in 1969 and 1970 during the same sessions that spawned The Cry Of Love. Mitchell, Kramer, and Jansen drew upon Hendrix’s rich trove of studio recordings that the guitarist had been developing at Electric Lady Studios. Songs such as “Dolly Dagger” and “Room Full Of Mirrors” were bright examples of Hendrix’s new creative direction. Other standouts include a studio rendition of “Star Spangled Banner” as well as the majestic “Hey Baby (New Rising Sun).” The one live track on the album, an extraordinary rendition of Hendrix’s original blues composition “Hear My Train A Comin’,” is taken from a performance at Berkeley Community Theatre in May of 1970.

People, Hell and Angels is a new album of twelve never before released Jimi Hendrix studio recordings. THE JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCE – FREEDOM: ATLANTA POP FESTIVAL
Freedom: Atlanta Pop Festival is a posthumous live album by The Jimi Hendrix Experience, documenting their July 4, 1970 performance at the Atlanta International Pop Festival. It features sixteen songs recorded during their evening performance.
About 100 miles south of Atlanta, next to a field just outside the town of Byron, there stands a plaque erected by the Georgia Historical Society marking the location of the Second Atlanta International Pop Festival, where from July 3-5, 1970, “Over thirty musical acts performed, including rock icon Jimi Hendrix playing to the largest American audience of this career.” Despite the overwhelming attendance (estimated to be 300,000-400,000), the festival and Hendrix’s performance in particular, has not received its due in terms of historic importance and impact until now.
Standout performances include such Hendrix classics as “Hey Joe,” “Voodoo Child (Slight Return),” “Purple Haze,” as well as confident, compelling versions of songs such as “Room Full Of Mirrors,” “Freedom,” and “Straight Ahead” that had not yet been issued by Jimi on an Experience album, but were intended to be part of the album he was working on that summer.
HENDRIX IN THE WEST
Consists of live material recorded at venues ranging from the Berkeley Community Theatre and the San Diego Sports Arena to the Isle of Wight Festival during 1969-70. Out of print in the US since 1974, Hendrix In The West, has remained one of the most requested albums by fans to return to the commercial marketplace.
