Item Information:

The Jimi Hendrix Experience – Are You Experienced? – Reprise 6261 – Mono – a RARE record in great condition.

Condition –

Record: VG++    A very nice copy. Vinyl glossy. Whatever scratches there are are very minor, and they are not many. There is one very light scratch that runs from label to outside of record but it is visible. Nothing at all glaring. No scratches that run along groove. This will play great.

Cover:  VG+   Very minor wear along the edges in spots. Some of cover's lustre might be slightly reduced but still very nice and can be seen in picture. Some pretty unobtrusive writing on front cover below "reprise" and at very top right (visible in picture). This is a solid VG+ cover.

Condition Legend:

Mint (M)

This grade designates a perfect record with perfect covers, inner sleeve, etc. I will most likely never grade a record in this condition.

Near Mint (NM)

Designates an almost perfect record, with only a couple of flaws, which will be mentioned in the listing. Covers will be nearly perfect, with only the very slightest signs of age. Likely the highest grade I will ever give for a record.

Very Good Plus Plus (VG++)

Vinyl will be nearly perfect, with only a few light scratches that may be barely audible. Cover might have very light ring and/or edge wear or some other minor flaws. Flaws will be mentioned in listing.

Very Good Plus (VG+)

Vinyl will be slightly more flawed then VG++, with more scratches that may be slightly more audible. Maybe an imperfection to the label. There might be 3-4 flaws with the cover. Possible flaws including small writing, minor wear to the seams, ring/edge wear. A hole punch. Flaws will be mentioned in listing.

Very Good (VG)

There will be noticeable scuffs or scratches to the vinyl that will be audible when played. The record will still be very playable/enjoyable to listen to. Possible flaws with the cover might be larger writing, more noticeable age wear, including seam splitting or minor tearing, etc.

Very Good Minus (VG–)

A Very Good record/cover but with some further wear (will be noted in description)

Good (G)

The record will have much in the way of scratches and will be noisy. But no skips or repeats will be present. Record will still be enjoyable. There may be tape somewhere on the cover and more noticeable wear then in a VG cover, including bigger tears, more wear to the seams, more writing, etc.

Good Minus (G–)

A Good record/cover but with some further wear (will be noted in description)

Poor (P)

I will only be selling records in poor condition if they are highly collectible. Vinyl may be warped. with all wear associated with a Good grade & more on top of that. Records will skip, repeat, etc. Cover will be very damaged.

One more note:

In the special case of records, I will accept returns within the first 7 days of receipt of the item, less a 15% restocking fee. I grade records on sight and do the best I can in grading and describing each one.

If you have any further questions about the condition of a record, please be sure to ask them BEFORE bidding. Once a bid is placed you have signed a contract to purchase the record. I do not accept "I changed my mind" returns.

Also, a record, when returned, must arrive in exactly the same condition as it was received (be sure to protect the record within its box).

Payments:

I only accept Paypal as form of payment. Paypal is the FASTEST, EASIEST, and MOST SECURE way to buy things on eBay and a Paypal account is very easy to set up!

I ask that customers please attempt to make payment within the first couple days of the auction's close; this just facilitates the process for both of us and allows YOU to get your item sooner. Payments MUST be made WITHIN 7 DAYS OF AUCTION'S CLOSE at the latest! If, for any reason this is a problem, let me know and tell me why and we can work something out. If I don't hear from you or if you haven't given me sufficient reason for lack of payment after 7 days, I will begin an UNPAID ITEM DISPUTE (not fun).

VERY LOW SHIPPING CHARGES!!!

I don't believe in charging customers exorbitant shipping and handling fees. My charges are always reasonable (I am a reasonable guy). Media items will be sent via USPS First Class up to a weight of 13 ounces. After that, I will send media items via Media Mail. Media items include CDs, DVDs, Books, and other printed materials. Much of what I sell will be media. According to the USPS, First Class mail takes from 1-3 business days to reach the customer, whereas Media Mail takes from 2-9 business days. But, in my experience, Media Mail rarely takes as long as 9 business days to reach the customer. In the case of clothing or other kinds of items not media, I will make the specific shipping charges clear elsewhere in the listing. 

Note: if you would like me to use a different shipping service than what is listed, please let me know before the auction's end or before going through checkout and I will gladly quote you a price for that service.

You will automatically be able to track your package using the United States Postal Service's Track & Confirm. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the shipping process begins.

I Do Ship Internationally!

Shipping Prices for international customers will depend upon the zone in which you are located. Expect my shipping & handling costs to be fair - they will be. If you want me to quote you a price feel free to send me a message before the auction's end and I will gladly calculate the shipping for you. Note that customs charges are NOT included in my shipping charges. You will be responsible for all customs charges. Also note, I will not write in "gift" to save you from those fees as that is against the law.

Insurance –

I am NOT responsible for any item lost or damaged once I place it in the hands of my kindly neighborhood USPS employee. Insurance is optional (but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, especially for more valuable items). For only a small fee you buy yourself some peace of mind. Domestic insurance starts at $1.70 for a value up to $50.00. $50.01-$100.00 = $2.15. $100.01 - $200 = $2.60. $200.01 - $300 = $4.60. After that, for each $100 added in declared value, insurance goes up incrementally by 95 cents.  

Combining Shipments – (only applies to domestic shipments)

Additional purchases will save you lots of money on shipping. I will be selling all sorts of things - things with drastically different weights. In each case below I will take the highest shipping charge out of all items and then add additional item costs on top of that.

My CD Policy –

Each additional CD purchased is only .95 cents more in shipping charges.

My DVD Policy –

Each additional DVD purchased is only $1.25 more in shipping charges.

My Book Policy –

I will do this on a case by case basis. My additional book costs will be fair. Please notify me if you have/or plan to bid on additional items of mine so I can quote you a price.

Combining a Variety of Items –

Again, I will do this on a case by case basis. Again, my additional costs will be fair. Again, please notify me if you have/or plan to bid on additional items of mine so I can quote you a price.

IMPORTANT:

Make sure you contact me to request an invoice once you are finished bidding on multiple items! I have to give my additional item discount manually! It will not work if you go through checkout yourself and you will be charged more money than is necessary.

 Refunds:

Sales are final! I will only refund money if I have grossly misrepresented an item. I will not accept "I changed my mind" returns. There must be a valid reason for the return of a product. I am a VERY FAIR person. If there is a VALID reason why you would like to return one of my items, I will accept it back. Refund only includes FINAL BID PRICE, not any shipping, handling, insurance, etc.
