Description

This is my MINT / MINT UNPLAYED COPY of this UK VINYL LP by THE JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCE - "AXIS BOLD AS LOVE" released on TRACK Records - 613-003. This version appeared at some time in the 1980's, so no barcode and the sleeve is exact in all ways. There is no title / script down the spine. This version is non-laminated and the bottom l/h corner of the sleeve bears the GOLD STAMP -"PROMOTIONAL COPY NOT FOR RESALE", carried by most POLYDOR related LP releases of this period. This is the STEREO MIX and this issue did not carry the gatefold orange insert. However this was most probably the last time AXIS BOLD AS LOVE was released in it's original form,  on UK TRACK, so a suitable addition to any HENDRIX collection. And of course it is really PERFECT in every way with the colours of the beautiful sleeve being as vibrant as the original release and the fantastic shot of The Experience on the inside of the gatefold remaining untouched along with the short sleeve note! ESSENTIAL!
