On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Jimi Hendrix Experience called 'Axis:Bold As Love' and is an ORIGINAL 1967 UK 1st Stereo Pressing with its MEGA RARE INSERT!!!! THIS LP IS SIMPLY MASSIVELY RARE!!!! IN FACT THIS IS THE VERY RAREST PRESSING OF THIS LP POSSIBLE!!!! STEREOS ARE AT LEAST 20 TIMES RARER THAN THE MORE COMMON MONOS AND ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND WITH THE INSERT!!!! AND MOST OF THE VERY FEW STEREOS THAT DO TURN UP ARE USUALLY LATER PRESSINGS ON WAFER THIN VINYL. HOWEVER THIS IS A 100% GENIUNE STEREO 1ST PRESSING FROM 1967 ON MEGA THICK VINYL (WITH A/1 B/1 MATRIX ENDINGS), A 1ST PRESS LAMINATED FLIPBACK E.J.DAY GATEFOLD COVER, AND THE MEGA RARE 1ST PRESS INSERT!!!! INSERTS ARE ONLY EVER FOUND ON THE VERY EARLIEST 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP - AND NEARLY ALL OF THE EARLIEST 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP ARE IN MONO!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT IN 1967 BARELY ANY OF THESE LPS WERE SOLD IN STEREO - AND FINDING A GENIUNE STEREO 1ST PRESSING (WITH INSERT) IS MASSIVELY RARE!!!! This is the MUCH RARER original Track UK STEREO 1st pressing from 1967 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The record is pressed on very THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is 613 003 on the 1st Press Track label (see picture) and is a MUCH rarer UK Stereo 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Jimi Hendrix Experience at their best!!!! Any fan of The Jimi Hendrix Experience, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!! The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL AND HAS REMARKABLY 'FRESH' LOOKING LABELS!!!! The vinyl is in brilliant condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only a few of the LIGHTEST non sounding scufflines only visible under bright light, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under EXTREME light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and NO nasty constant crackle!!!! When I played this LP through I was INCREDIBLY impressed with the AWESOME sound!!!! Most Stereo pressings of this LP usually got played with the wrong needle, or just heavily played. BUT NOT THIS ONE!!!! This BRILLIANT Stereo 1st Pressing has clearly benefited from not being played much - and is one of the VERY best sounding Stereo 1st Pressings of this LP I have ever heard!!!! This LP has clearly not been played much and ALWAYS with the correct needle. There is NO distortion, NO groovewear and just CRYSTAL CLEAR sound!!!! The record must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL inner sleeve!!!!
The ALL IMPORTANT Mega Rare INSERT (see picture) is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! This is ORIGINAL insert with a glossy look and is in BRILLIANT condition with NO splits, NO rips, NO nasty heavy creases, NO pin holes, NO folds, NO tape marks (this insert has clearly NEVER been put up on a wall), NO rubbing, NO staining, NO writing and only some very typical slight 'ruffling'!!!! This is the GENIUNE insert with a thick glossy look. THIS INSERT IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION!!!!
The E.J.Day 1st Press Gatefold FLIPBACK Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, NO ringwear, STUNNING unfaded vivid colours, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a VERY few light creases (cover is still VERY flat looking), and NO writing!!!! The opening edges are perfectly straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated inside is in STUNNING condition with NO wear, NO Grubbyness, NO rubbing and NO yellowing!!!! There is also NO writing on the cover AT ALL!!!! The cover must grade Excellent(Minus) if not better!!!! THIS IS A SIMPLY A MASSIVELY RARE LP AND VERY VERY HARD TO FIND WITH THE INSERT AND EVEN RARER IN STEREO!!!!
