THE UNIQUE FRENCH SLEEVE WAS DESIGNED BY THE FAMOUS COMIC CREATOR JEAN SOLE AND WAS DIFFERENT TO THE REST OF THE WORLD AND IS GENUINE!

THIS IS THE ORIGINAL FRENCH PRESSING WITH THE ULTRA RARE COVER DESIGNED BY JEAN SOLE  AND THE INSIDE COVER WITH PHOTOS OF JIMI HENDRIX. THE DESIGN AND PHOTOGRAPHY BY VICTOR KHAN / SUNSHINE.  THIS DOUBLE LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VERY HARD TO FIND

The ULTRA RARE Gatefold laminated Cover by JEAN SOLE is in excellent condition with ring and edge wear. The spine is fully readable and in excellent condition with corner wear. The inside non laminated sleeve is in excellent condition with the photographs of Jimi Hendrix.

The vinyl is visually overall in very good to excellent condition.

The orange Barclay record labels (The cry of love) are in excellent condition and the black matt Barclay record labels (Band of Gypsys) are in excellent condition.

Mint                      

Cover - Looks new - no marks, wear or damage

Disc - Looks unplayed - no marks visible

Near Mint            

Cover - Looks virtually new with signs of handling- Minor wear creases but no marks or damage. Light sleeves may show slight discoloration due to age.

Disc - May have minor scuffs &/or hairline scratches caused by moving record in & out of paper sleeve

Excellent              

Cover - Slight signs of wear on edges/spine, corners or ring wear. No damage caused by sticker removal/residue.

Disc- The record has been played and may have some superficial marks &/or hairline scratches and paper scuffs.

Very good             

Cover - Moderate edge/spine or ring wear. Corners may be a little blunt. Opening edge may show feathering caused by removal of record. Visible creases or laminate lift. Localised sticker removal damage.

Disc - The record has been played frequently and has noticeable surface marks, occasional light scratches and paper scuffs.

Good      

Cover - Heavy ring or edge/spine wear. Corners noticeable bashed. Heavy creases. Considerable laminate/surface damage.

Disc - The record looks very well played and the sound quality has probably deteriorated noticeably. A lot of surface marks/scratches. Usually used as collection filler

 I am not a dealer but an amateur collector selling duplicated items or records that I no longer want to keep (mostly due to space). I do not clean records (other than a dust with anti-static) and unless indicated in the listing the records have been only visually inspected.

If the bidding exceeds £39 in the UK the item will be ONLY sent insured by special recorded next day guaranteed delivery post (insured up to a value of £500) at a cost of £7. The above P&P quoted is for UK only and the same principal on insurance will apply to international bidders who will need to pay £5.70 insurance in addition to the p&p.
