This is a superb and rare 1970 UK album release from Jimi Hendrix on the Black/Silver Track Record Labels with original and rare withdrawn Puppet Sleeve. This sleeve was quickly withdrawn from production and replaced with a different sleeve depicting Jimi Hendrix at the Isle of Wight festival, also the title of the album is shown on the record labels as, BAND OF GIPSIES, and shown as BAND OF GYPSYS on the sleeve.
Side A matrix, 2406002 A 1 1 1. Side B matrix, 2406002 B= 1 1 1. The LP's play with a very nice and clear sound quality through all tracks without pops, skips or background noise.
Both record labels are in Excellent Plus condition with just a few light play signs.
Both LP surfaces are in Near Mint condition, clean and bright surfaces to both sides without scratches or scuffs and at most a couple of light hairlines.
The rare withdrawn Puppet is in very nice Excellent condition. This is a very nice sleeve with light LP indentation and mild corner bumps, both edges and spine edge are free of splits.
