1967 South African pressing in a picture sleeve.  The is a very rare pressing and come seldom up for sale.  Also note the label and sleeve details differ for the playlist.  A very unique combination and pressing.

Sleeve: VG+ [a few marks, no tears or seam splits, overall very nice condition]
