Useful information 

Important - Vinyl Condition

All records have been visually assessed using definitions established by Goldmine & Record Collector magazine. However, the nature of the beast means that some albums may contain snaps, crackles or pops but all advertised items have no scratches and I believe all will play without jumping. However, due to time constraints, few can been tested on a turntable so some may have slipped through the net and errors may occur. So returns are accepted. However, if you take a look at my feedback you will get an idea of how accurately I grade my LPs (which I have always looked after well). If anything, I under-grade them. For example, I try never to use 'Mint' or 'Near Mint' as it raises expectations. (If you do see these words used - there are one or two - the item will be superb).

If you wish me to test play a specific item I’ll do my best but please contact me at least 3 days prior to the auction end to give me a chance to find the time. Rest assured that I’ll do my best to sort any problems to the best of my ability, so please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback. 

Postage & Packing

LPs weigh a lot once you have packed them. I use decent cardboard mailers with two stiffeners. If you don’t agree with the P&P charges, please do not bid. If your location is not listed, please contact me and I’ll let you know the cost of mailing to you.

COMBINING POSTAGE - YES, NO PROBLEM

If you win more than one album, I will combine the postage. I don't mind waiting a few days for other auctions to end.

I don't have a specific scale of charges as LP weights vary. However, I will charge you the actual postage plus the cost of the packaging.

Mailing

I print postage from the Royal Mail website and always obtain a Certificate of Posting. If anything is lost, we would need to claim compensation from the Post Office before any refund can be made. However, if you wish to upgrade to a tracked service such as 'Recorded' or 'Special', please let me know and the extra cost can be easily added to your invoice.

Pretty simple really.... Aside from the above, you pay for the items and I'll send them to you! Also, I'll do my utmost to sort out any problems that arise. However, may I request that you do not bid if you do not agree with anything written above.
