A very nice copy of this early pressing of Electric Ladyland by The Jimi Hendrix Experience.
Lovely clean vinyl, with great sheen to it. Play tested and it sounds amazing. 
The sleeve is in great condition, but the colours in this version seem very subdued. I don't think it is faded, just not as saturated as others I have seen. The inside image of Hendrix appears fully saturated.  If it were faded I would expect to see variety in the colour over the front/back/spine but it is the same all over. 

It is an odd version, which I am finding hard to exactly match with known editions on Discogs. It has the black Track labels, but on the inside of the cover there is a Polydor sticker with different catalogue numbers.

A. Laminated but with small gap to the sides.
B. Hendrix to left on inside (behind front cover)
C. label numbers 613 008/9 on left, with TWO RECORD SET (2657 001) on right
D. Small white sticker with Polydor catalogue number 2657 001 stuck over original Track number 613 008/9 on inside of gatefold cover ( see photo 5)
E. A/D  B/C arrangement of record sides.
F. The following are the vinyl matrix numbers as best as I could interpret (# = scored out number)

As it does not seem to fit any of the discogs listings, I am setting at a reasonable fixed price.

"Electric Ladyland is the third and final studio album by the Jimi Hendrix Experience and the final studio album released in Hendrix's lifetime before his death in 1970. Released by Reprise Records in North America on October 16, 1968, and by Track Records in the UK nine days later, the double album was the only record from the band produced by Hendrix. By mid-November, it had charted at number one in the US, where it spent two weeks at the top spot. Electric Ladyland was the Experience's most commercially successful release and their only number one album. It peaked at number six in the UK, where it spent 12 weeks on the chart.
Electric Ladyland included a cover of the Bob Dylan song "All Along the Watchtower", which became the Experience's best-selling single, peaking at number six in the UK and 20 in the US. Although the album confounded critics in 1968, it has since been viewed as Hendrix's best work and one of the greatest rock records of all time. Electric Ladyland has been featured on many greatest-album lists, including Q magazine's 2003 list of the 100 greatest albums and Rolling Stone's 2020 list of the 500 greatest albums of all time, on which it was ranked 53rd."
