Description
I am clearing out a few of my unwanted albums, more of which may follow. I will be as accurate with my descriptions as possible and have used the 'Record Collector' criteria of grading. If you are unhappy with the LP, I will give a refund upon return.

The Jimi Hendrix Experience 'Axis: Bold As Love' UK Mono 1967
Label Track 612003 Matrix A1/B1 (1st Press I guess)
Gatefold laminated sleeve is shiny, with plain inner is Very Good, at the top opening the laminate has peeled slightly, but only on the front. The 'flipback' inner is very clean and has 'Printed and made by Ernest J Day & Co Ltd'. The label has many spindle marks and the vinyl has lots of 'spidery' marks and 2 or 3 small feelable scratches, but no deep scratches and although there is some surface noise, it does not really detract from the sound. The small scratches give light crackles only and the sound is generally clear and vibrant. I realise this is very hard to find in perfect condition, but I think this copy is very acceptable. I will start at a fairly low price, and if you are not happy with the LP please send it back and I will refund your money.
P.S. I have just played the LP again and can confirm the above, however as you would expect, the crackles are more noticeable in the quieter moments. So it is not without crackles, but it still blew me away and I,m 64!
Another P.S. Before you bid, I forgot to grade the vinyl, and visually I would describe it as Good. The sound is not distorted, but there are many surface marks. I don't want anyone to be disappointed and my eyes and ears are not what they used to be!
