This auction is for a STILL SEALED copy of The Jimi Hendrix Experience's classic debut LP "Are You Experienced?" pressed on Reprise Records, catalogue number RS 6261 -  Since it is still sealed we are unable to confirm it as a first pressing via center label and matrix number identification. It has the white border around the paste-on cover as well as not having a UPC on the back of the jacket. There is some slight corner bending on two of the corners from the shrink wrap getting tighter over the years. I've attempted to photograph these corners as best possible in the last two photos. The record is sealed so we have to assume the record is in NM- condition or better. This is a great piece of Jimi Hendrix history and it's very uncommon to find a sealed 60s pressing of this record.

• SS  Still Sealed 
• M  Mint - Perfect in all ways.
• M- Mint Minus - Near perfect, most likely and unplayed record
• VG+  Very Good Plus - Very close to like new with only superficial signs of use that do not affect playability. Only records stored and used with care will grade out to VG+.
• VG Very Good - A used, reasonable copy that plays. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of some light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still nice and playable.
• VG- Very Good Minus - A record with significant wear and marks. Records graded VG-usually have some noticeable surface noise.
• G+ Good Plus. 'Good' means pretty beat up. From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about extremely beat up records.
