This is the very first pressing of The Jimi Hendrix Experience “Electric Ladyland” in great overall condition,

with near mint records and an acceptable cover with NO horrible defects ( tears, rips or stains).

Record (Mint Minus)

All four sides of Electric Ladyland are in almost pristine “as new” appearance and are graded Mint Minus. Under close inspection under  bright light I saw just a few incredibly light hairlines that most wouldn`t even mention. The vinyl surface has its full gloss and shine and is simply amazing!

Labels (Mint Minus)

The matt black labels are in superb condition, each one showing one or two spindle lines only, and none over the silver label text. All of the label text and credits show no marks and are in pristine condition. The labels easily grade at Mint Minus.

Cover (Very Good Plus)

Front Cover The front has no serious defects. There are some laminate creases and handling marks and  a light record ring impression. There is NO writing, tears or stains.

Back Cover The back has some laminate wrinkles and lines and some age related marks but again NO writing tears or stains.

Gatefold Inner The gatefold inner is in excellent condition. The individual group member photos are clear, bright and unmarked. There are only one or two light laminate wrinkles present on the entire inner. The centre spine is in excellent condition with no splits or wear. There is just one or two tiny splits to the laminate itself at this point. The song listing and Track record company logo below the photos is in white lettering.

Spine Edge The spine has no tears or splits, just one or two small areas of light surface only rub wear.

Record Entry Edges The record entry edges are straight with no wear or feathering.

Top and Bottom Edges All top and bottom sleeve edges are straight with no splits or rub wear.

Corners There is some mild rub wear to the two spine edge corners which the laminate has failed to protect. All four of the record entry edge corners are fine with no significant wear.

Sound Quality

I have listened to all four sides and I am happy that the entire record plays with perfect audio quality. There is no sound break up of any description, No background noise, no hiss and no distortion whatsoever. An incredible playing album throughout!

The grading system I use is from Record Collector:- Mint, Excellent, Very Good with +/- to distinguish borderline grades.

I treat all vinyl with the greatest respect whether  £5 or £50, so all records are sent out with plastic covers in professional mailers and two protective stiffeners. I always

seperate  records from their covers and original inner sleeves for posting to prevent seam splits occurring during shipping.

Please do not bid if you have significant negative feedback unless checking first.
