Description
This is a very desirable 1st pressing with white lettering and the photo of Hendrix on the left hand side when opened up. As described at length in the "Discogs" entry, all the label details are in line with this being a genuine 1st pressing. All the side sequences (A/C, B/D) are correct. The subsidiary cat no. is inverted in parentheses over the main cat. no. The album title impinges on the centre indent. There is a gap below the production credit. The matrices show the correct manual alterations.
However, the cover is badly worn, particularly on the spine(see photos) and the poor Track lamination is lifting in places (not unusual).There is edge, ring and corner wear and a degree of creasing.
The inner paper bags are not he original ones.
The labels are all excellent,intact and not defaced.
The vinyl does have widespread minor surface scratches and these are audible in a number of places. The records do not jump or stick on my Denon system. Thanks for looking.
