Description

The Jimi Hendrix Experience---"Electric Ladyland"---Original UK 1st Pressing Stereo Double Album In VG/VG Condition On The Track Label---A-1, B-1, A-1 and B-1 From 1968---White Sleeve Text

This is a UK pressing from 1968 in stereo on the Track label, cat. no. 613008/9 with matrices A-1, B-1, A-1 and B-1.

Vinyl: VG. The vinyl is in reasonable condition with a lot of scuffs and scratches but does play well and right through the 4 sides. It has been played a lot and sounds as follows: Side A starts with some heavy ticking almost all the way but improves towards the end. Side B starts off well until just over halfway through when it develops some crackly ticking through to the end. Side C is the best one of the lot and plays with a nice EX. Side D starts with some crackle but considering how much surface marking there is, it belies the way you would imagine it to play and sounds fine.

Labels: EX. Labels are in nice condition with no markings. There is heavy spindle wear.

Sleeve: VG. The gatefold sleeve is in solid condition, if a little limp with age, with some heavy spine, edge and corner wear. There is some creasing of the laminate but it does have a nice shine overall.

With a low start price you could get yourself a real bargain.

Many thanks for looking at this and our other vinyl to be auctioned.

Please note that all records (except those known to be unplayed) we sell are listened to in their entirety and are graded generously according to Record Collector guidelines. None of the vinyl has jumps or skips unless advised in the description.

We can send by insured post if required--please check for price.
