Record in beautiful overall condition  - very high sheen -  with only very light scuffs that cannot be felt, which are very hard to see unless you inspect it carefully. In my house, this is near mint, but for collectors who look at it very carefully under direct light might find hard to see superficial wear. Please ask questions before bidding!
