JIMI HENDRIX "Last American Concert, Alive and Flowing from the Crater of the Sun, Maui Hawaii", Jupiter S-444 sealed orig LP
This is a vintage vinyl pressing - NOT a recent reissue.
I got a few of this LP from a head shop in Pomona, CA in the mid-1970's. He said that he got them from the producer of the record, who told him that they couldn't be distributed due to a court action. I am including a pic of the label (dark blue with silver print) from my playing copy in my collection.
This is the original pressing of this album. There are at least 2 later versions:
1) One is very similar, but you can look at the labels. The original has the rarer, more centered printing of the title "LAST AMERICAN CONCERT" on the labels, on the more common later pressing the title at top goes almost to the edge of the label.
2) Another version has a more blurry slip cover folded over a blank white cover, with blank white labels on the record.
Label: Original pressing, dark blue label with silver print.
Vinyl: M, mild deep groove.
Cover: M, still sealed, orig shrink wrap.
