COMPLETE WITH THE ORIGNAL POLY-LINED POLYDOR INNER SLEEVE DATE CODED '0171' (January, 1971)
This was the first of the posthumous releases in the Jimi Hendrix catalogue and probably the best as it collected most of the studio tracks that were either completed or very near completion before his untimely death.
Some of these tunes, like "Angel" and "Ezy Rider," have become well-known pieces in the Hendrix canon, but they sit alongside lesser-known gems like "Night Bird Flying" and the Dylanesque "My Friend."

LABELS: The labels are clean, bright and unmarked with light spindle (which show readily on these black labels) - played but not over-played and very carefully handled - EXCELLENT
VINYL Visual: The vinyl surfaces still retain their original deep, glossy sheen with just one light mark on Track One, Side One but this has little audio consequence - EXCELLENT+/NEAR MINT
VINYL Audio: Sensational audio delivery in every respect with a beautiful crystal clear, deep, rich and warm sound - incredibly fresh and immediate feel to the audio and on playback at a loud volume (which is how I always listen to my records prior to listing, and it's always a pleasure to return to this one) there are no scratches, no sticks or jumps and barely any clicks or pops (really hardly any at all - it sounds great). The sound quality is sensational throughout and the whole LP plays to a very high standard with great clarity, no groove-wear and no distortion and is critically graded a strong EXCELLENT++ for audio - great copy - sounds wonderful
SLEEVE: Being matt and untreated this sleeve is incredibly prone to wear but this copy, apart from some rubbing to the surfaces (showing as ring to the back), is in very nice condition - EXCELLENT
PLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT MY PICTURES - I USUALLY TAKE QUITE A FEW SO YOU CAN GET A CLEAR INDICATION OF EVERY DETAIL OF THE ITEM
