Description

This is the Jimi Hendrix vinyl LP titled "War Heroes" on the Warner/Reprise label; catalog number MS2103, first pressing Stereo released in 1972.

I purchased the record new. It has been played exclusively on high end turntables and has a very clean surface. The label is in excellent condition. This 43-year-old record is relatively free of surface noise normally heard on older records except for some typical “stylus on vinyl” sounds heard mostly between songs and there are no skips. This remains a great sounding record at high volume.

The outer jacket is in excellent condition except for some denting and minor wear on the left seam surface and on the opening seam (see pictures). The jacket front and rear are perfect. There are no seam splits.

The original inner sleeve is in perfect condition.

This is a beautiful record suitable for framing.

I will pack the record outside of the jacket to protect jacket integrity and ship in a sturdy LP mailer with cardboard inserts and bubble wrap for further protection.
