Description

This is an auction for a two rare LPs by The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Are You Experienced & Electric Ladyland.

1. Electric Ladyland- Double LP- Polydor- 2310269- 1973- 2-LP  laminated Gatefold sleeve.

Condition: Buffing to corners, light discolouring in places and a few tiny lamination creases only- Spine & Edges & Centre Ex- no tears, bends, mouth Ex, Lamination at mouth Ex. The vinyl retains its brand new rainbow shine, there is one visible scratch on side 1 and a couple of tiny feather scratches only seen under a very strong light on the other 3 sides. These scratches are completely non-audible. This plays with very little, if any, lessening in sound quality and has been hardly played. The labels are new with only a few tiny spindle trails seen on each side.  Given a harsh grading of VG+ / VG+, I simply down-grade records with any visible scratches, even if only one, despite playing as new. This comes with its original patent inner sleeves which are mint.

2. Are You Experienced- Reprise- 6261- Canada- 1970.

Condition: The sleeve has buffing to the top edge and corners and a few tiny creases along the spine edge- The picture inner sleeve has a pen mark in the top left corner and a few tiny dots, please check the pictures, no edge splits. Both labels are clean and as new, under close examination only a few spider spindle trails can be seen- The vinyl retains its brand new shine, under a strong light a few tiny feather scratches can be seen, these are of course completely non-audible and as stated only seen under the closest of examinations. This plays with very little, if any, lessening in sound quality. This one is graded at VG+ / Near Mint.
