Hello and welcome. Beginning in the 1960s, I made it my goal to collect every 5-star record still available, and I continued my search for 40 years. While not all the records I list for sale reached that lofty goal, they do represent an undying search for the unique and wonderful in the world of sound. I'm happy to be able to offer them to you now. Here is what you're bidding on:
TITLE & ARTIST: "Memorial Album Vol 3: Yodelingly Yours" - by Jimmie Rodgers on the RCA Victor Record label (P 318), in beautiful original monophonic sound, issue date date 1950.
CONDITION: SLEEVE - Excellent(Jacket has eye-catching graphic on front; there is light wear to edges and corners, especially along spine, and there is slight separation at front top of spine; inside front cover is filled with informative liner notes) - please see actual item in photos; RECORD - Excellent(Victor 10" shellac 78 rpm records (3) have very light wear - visually graded under special daylight balanced spotlight).
SPECIAL FEATURES: This beautiful vintage triple-78 album, in superb condition and glowing with vitality, features a beautiful front cover and extensive inside liner notes. All three of the 10" shellac 78s are in excellent condition, very heavy, and very well preserved. If you treasure rare vintage country records from the man who invented the whole genre, this is a set for the ages. In fact, in American Country musical history, this set is an iconic standout of the highest order. EXTRA SPECIAL NOTE: Set includes an original Meridian MS postcard with a first-day Jimmie Rodgers commemorative stamp affixed and canceled (please see photos)! This is a treat not to be missed.

OUR GRADING SYSTEM: We grade visually, and we are happy to listen to any LP and give you an aural grade as well. SS (Still Sealed as from the factory); NM (Near Mint - our highest grade; the vinyl has only a very few light marks that do not affect play); VG++ (Very Good Plus Plus - a few more light marks than Near Mint; still a great record that plays near perfectly); VG+ (Very Good Plus - an enjoyable, played and loved, obviously used but still listenable record, usually with some light pops, but free of major audible distraction; jacket may be lightly worn, slightly dinged, even very lightly split, but NEVER trashed); VG (Very Good) and below - we usually do NOT sell these, but if we have some good reason to offer such a record, we will explain completely).
