Description
Jimmy Briscoe & The Little Beavers My Ebony Princess Pi Kappa Records LP 6000
Rare soul from Jersey City. Sleeve has light shelf/ring wear on flats, moderate edge wear on top and bottom seams, lightly worn corners with a split just starting to form in top right corner and a name in ball point pen on front and back covers in top corner. Inner sleeve and a new clear polybag included for added protection. Vinyl is VG+ with some light sleeve contact marks and a few minor surface scuffs. Plays through without skipping. The B Side plays with some patchy surface noise evident on the intro grooves but settles down as the side plays in. It's decent sounding by the second track and sounds better as it goes along. I'm guessing this is pressing/manufacturing issue. The A Side sounds great with only an occasional faint tic or pop in isolated spots.
