VERY HARD TO FIND Jimmy Buffett's very 1st album from 1970. Original Press. DEMOSTRATION ISSUE. 
The record is in Excellent to NM- condition, it plays great, quite, rich. It looks new, it is a Demonstration Issue so it wasn't played more than a few times. RARE.
The jacket is a VG+, it shows shelf ware on the top and bottom, the spine is very good. See pics.
