Label: RIVERSIDE - # RS 9486. Orpheum Productions on label. Stereo pressing. Label is black with silver text, with deep groove.

Condition:
DISC: NEAR MINT with 100% of original gloss, as clean as can be found. Has been played a very small number of times and handled with utmost care. Labels are clean. Fidelity is superb. A beautiful record you will never need to upgrade.
JACKET: Jacket is nice VG+. Front panel has some light scrape marks and bottom right corner has creasing. Reverse has darkened slightly. There is a small split (approximately one inch) on bottom seam at opening edge, and a couple tiny chips on the spine and at corners. No writing, stickers, or other issues.
