Description
Just back from a road trip and I traded for another copy of JIMMY JOHNSON'S "Cat Daddy" b/w "How About Me?- Pretty Baby" 78 on Viv # 8-3000. Jimmy is backed on both sides by The Arizona Hayriders featuring Al Casey. Produced by Lee Hazlewood for his small Viv label. Another copy from the original 78 boxes owned at the time by Loy Clingman, who had a large stock of unsold Viv records in his house/studio at 4625 N. 50th Drive in Phoenix. From the famous "Breathless" Dan Coffey collection....now back in Phoenix, 62 years after being made and 47 years after leaving the Valley for Ireland and now yours if the price is right.
Disc is super nice VG+(+) with some small, light scratches on the disc (a few light ticks audible on "How About Me? - Pretty Baby") and some light scuffs visible on both sides, otherwise tons of shine. Both labels are beautiful, a few spindle marks visible in direct light. This is a 78 rpm record with new gold paper sleeve. A really nice copy! See scan. All my 78's are shipped sandwiched between cardboard in a 12 x 12 x 4 box with packing material. <REALLY LAST COPY I HAVE TO SELL!>
