Uncommon custom pressing of the Bob Gibson band with vocals by Jimmy Parkinson who were the resident band at the resort at the time. Both the vinyl and the labels are top rate. The front cover has a bit of ringwear and a number at top right (see scan) I’ve been collecting records from old Oz tourist resorts (eg Gold Coast/Blue Mts etc) for years and this is the only copy I’ve ever seen of this one.
CONDITION WISE:

MINT: Brand new condition, no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. Cover, label, extras in perfect condition.

EXCELLENT: Slight signs of having been played, no lessening of sound quality. Cover, label, extras are good.
VERY GOOD: played quite a few times, no real deterioration in sound quality. Cover, label, extras slight amount of wear and tear.
GOOD: showing some wear and tear. Reasonable, playable sound. No major defects in record, cover, label, extras.
FAIR: Sound quality deteriorated. Cover, label, extras display folding, scuffing, marks. .
