If interested, this seller has three addl J.J. Cale albums for sale on Ebay.  

The seller received this LP as a promotional copy from the label at the time of its release. The disc was visually inspected and appears to be in NM condition.  This is a 1st pressing copy with the ABC Shelter yellow labels with black print.  The cover is in VG+ condition with minor shelf wear.  It has a clipped corner and a Sample Copy sticker on the rear cover.  It has the original plain white paper inner sleeve, which has no seam splits. Please zoom in on the provided photos to see the overall condition of this item.

(Wikipedia Excerpts)  Okie is the third studio album by J. J. Cale, released in 1974.  Okie contains some of Cale's most covered songs.  Musically, Okie covers a number of genres blended together in Cale's highly idiosyncratic sound, from the gospel standard "Precious Memories" to straight country on the Ray Price cover "I'll Be There If You Ever Want Me".  "Any Way the Wind Blows" and "Cajun Moon" are examples of the sound Cale was establishing for himself, often referred to as the "Tulsa Sound", while the reggae-tinged opener "Crying" showed his willingness to explore new styles. The title track is the first of many instrumentals that would appear on future records, and according to the 2014 Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame bio on Cale, was recorded on the back porch of Cale's Tulsa home.

Seller is the Original Owner. I have recently begun to list my 2500+ record collection on Ebay, so please check back occasionally to see my new listings. My collection has been securely boxed and stored in a smoke free environment since 1983. Most of my vinyl records have never been played, and many have their original shrink wrap. Seller was in the retail record business in the 1970's-1980's and acquired many promotional and collectible LPs from that era.

Grading methodology is as follows:

M (MINT) - Album is brand new, sealed, and has never been played.

NM (NEAR MINT) - Vinyl looks as if you just got it home from a new record store and removed the shrink wrap. LP cover may have some light rub marks.

VG+ (VERY GOOD PLUS) - Vinyl may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Sleeves will have some slight wear, lightly turned corners, or a slight seam split. May have slight signs of wear also may be marred by a cut out hole, sawcut, or cut corner indicating it is a promotional copy.

VG (VERY GOOD) - Vinyl has light wear, scratches, or scuffs. Covers may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached, etc.

Seller ships domestically within the United States via United States Post Office Media Mail with tracking. This is the most economical option. Due to COVID, shipping may take longer than the typical 5-8 day time frame.  Seller will insure packages valued above $30.  Insurance does not cover missing packages after they have been delivered to the buyer's address, only damage or loss during shipping. Warping is possible if vinyl records are exposed to sun/heat during hot months. Provide a shady area for your package delivery, and bring package inside as soon as possible.  If Buyer would prefer a faster shipping service, please contact the Seller before completing the transaction to discuss options such as Priority Mail. Per USPS, Priority Mail packages are delivered in 1-3 days.
