This is a ONE OF THE RAREST UK NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL singles by the band JODY ST. from 1981, ORIGINAL UNPLAYED MINT PRESSING AND A MUST !!!
This is a great sounding NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL single that I have not seen for sale much, and is on many NWOBHM collectors wants lists !!!, WELL HERE IS ONE ORIGINAL STOCK MINT COPY !!!!.
This is one of the HOLLY GRAILS of NWOBHM singles, and NEVER comes up for sale, only 100 copies were made for promotional purposes !!!
The single has the SERRATED edge around the label which guarantee it being an ORIGINAL PRESSING !!!!
This copy comes with THE ORIGINAL STAMPED (on both sides) CARDBOARD SLEEVE, WHITE LABELS WITH STICKERS ON THEM and AN ORIGINAL PROMO ONLY INSERT including information about the band, biog etc....A REAL ONE OF ITEM IN MINT CONDITION !!!!
The single came out in 1981 pressed by the band themselves for PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES ONLY without a label name, the numbers on the dead wax are: LIPS -1-A1/ LIPS-1-B1 and both sides have 2 letters machine stamped.
The labels are white with 2 stickers with the song names A REAL DIY JOB !!!
The songs are: GRANNY DID IT / FIGHTBACK.
The single comes with the ORIGINAL STAMPED CARDBOARD sleeve and the condition of the VINYL is in EX+++++ condition (UNPLAYED !!!), STAMPED CARDBOARD P/S is in EX++++++ condition (as good as it gets !!!) it also includes the ORIGINAL WHITE INNER SLEEVE and also comes with a PROMO ONLY BIOG / PRESS RELEASE INSERT in EX condition (folded as was done originally).
DON'T LET THIS RARE NWOBHM / NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL single get away as you will never see another and especially not in this condition.
