Desirable, Italian-only 7-inch picture sleeve issue featuring the modern soul / boogie funk anthem, GET IT OFF THE GROUND. Our original 1st press Italian release comes with striking artwork showing the cult singer / musician. A superb double-sider. Sheer class all the way... sophisticated disco with vintage synthesizer hooks and bassline to die for, over sexy vocals / funky drums / afro latin percussion and stylish guitar vamps. Great for DJs. Comped on Funk Spectrum II for the BBE label by Keb Darge & Kenny Dope (of MAW fame). Lovely, 2-step modern soul groove to I BELIEVE IN LOVE side too. Booming production sound. Nicest copy we've seen in years. Hot item ;) Rare 45!!!
Our record grading: SEALED / M- / VG++ / VG+ / VG
Vinyl is in strong VG++ condition with some hairlines. Booming production. Some surface hiss in outer deadwax of 'Get It Off..' side but disappears completely when music starts. The picture sleeve is in strong VG++ condition with some corner wear and ring creasing from storage. A few wear marks to edges. Rare 45!!!
