JOE GORDON – INTRODUCING JOE GORDON – EMARCY 26026 – 10” LP – M-/M- - MONO

Recorded on September 8, 1954, this Emarcy session features Joe Gordon on trumpet, accompanied by Charlie Rouse on tenor, Junior Mance on piano, Jimmy Schenck on bass and Art Blakey on drums. SIDE A: TOLL BRIDGE and LADY BOB. SIDE B: GRASSHOPPER and FLASH GORDON. This is a 10-inch LP. The liner notes are in blue print. This is a MONO recording.

I’ve rated both the vinyl and the record jacket as M- for the following reasons. The surface of the vinyl is completely clean of any marks on both sides. There is no real sign of wear in or around the spindle hole. The vinyl has not lost its original luster. The record jacket is free of any real wear and there are no taped seams. The cover is completely clean and the liner notes have some very slight discoloration, due to age. If you have any questions, please email me and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks.
