Description
This is a reasonably priced EARLY 1950s TICO RECORDS U.S. MONO 10" LP titled 'Mambos' from Latin music pioneer Joe Loco And His Quintet. It is Tico Records catalog number 133, thick heavy rigid vinylite deep groove pressing, maroon Tico labels with silver print.

Condition of record is conservatively a real nice high VG+ with a small amount of light surface marks, none of which can be felt or will affect play. Record is pressed on heavy early 1950s era vinylite and plays with some surface noise inherent in the pressing. Condition of cover is a mid VG+ with the main flaw being a fair amount of age discoloration on the white areas of the back cover and the borders of the front cover. The original selling price is written in pencil near the top left corner of the back cover, and the back cover also has a couple of small stains. Cove also has some contact and ring wear and some wear along the edges and on the corners. Cover has no water damage, splits, tears, or stickers. This vintage 10" LP would be a nice addition to any Latin music record collection!
