Description
Up for auction is a copy of I Hear A New World, an outer space music fantasy by Joe Meek & The Blue Men, released on RPM circa 1991, cat no RPM 103LP. This is an early vinyl reissue of Meek’s legendary lost concept album: “Yes, this is a strange record, I meant it to be”, he claims in the sleeve notes. It is a very strange record indeed.
Condition: barely played & basically as new. Still in shrink wrap & includes original promo sticker. A little minor rubbing under the shrink, can’t work out how that got there. High quality inner too, with copious notes about Meek, his cohorts, & the recording of the LP. M- all round.
My grades: I use a 10-point scale: M-; EX; VG+; VG; VG-; G+; G; G-; F (fair); P (poor). I never use mint as a grade for used records. I am a long-time (25+ years!) record collector, and play-grade where possible. I don’t use stock photos: the item in pictured here is the item for sale. My feedback from buyers indicates I normally undergrade in listings. Even so, if you have any problems, I'll give you your money back (less shipping costs), no questions asked. Buy with confidence!
