The cover of Volume 1 is in EX+ condition, slight corner-wear; the vinyl of side A is in almost NM condition, side B is in EX+ condition, finest surface marks, inaudible.
The cover of Volume 2 is in EX condition, slight corner-wear; the vinyl of side A is in EX+ condition, small sticker on label, side B is in EX condition, surface mark which is inaudible, but visible.
The cover of Volume 3 is in EX+ condition, slight corner-wear; the vinyl of side A is in almost NM condition, looks unplayed, side B is in EX+ condition, finest inaudible marks.
Since I don't own a mono turntable anymore, the grading of the records is based on listening to the LPs on a Linn LP12 with Arkiv stereo pick-up.
All covers show storage signs at the corners yet no writing or stickers, overall nice appearance. The records are in their original inner-sleeves. All three records play almost NM without any loud tics, skips or jumps; on a mono system it sounds probably even better.
Superb performance - ultra-rare in any condition - the "Holy Grail" of Bach.
My grading: MINT (M), NEAR MINT (NM), EXCELLENT (EX), VERY GOOD (VG).
For grading I check all records under strong halogen light and play-grade parts of the records on a Linn Sondek LP 12 stereo record player. All records are cleaned on a new VPI 17.
