Matrix Numbers
Cover: E J Day 1st pressing unlaminated non-gatefold. No writings, doodles, scuffs or seam splits. Clear readable spine. Has some edge-wear. Rates as VG+ to Near Excellent. Original 1970 poly-lined inner sleeve is Excellent.
Labels: Textured 1st pressing pink Island 'i' labels are Excellent.
Vinyl: Play tested. Side 1 looks VG+ and Side 2 looks VG. Both sides have some feathering and hairlines but retains quite a nice sheen. No skips/jumps on my system. Side 1 plays VG with persistent light crackle throughout. Side 2 plays Good+ with persistent moderate crackle throughout. Still listenable if you do not mind the crackle - priced to take account of the crackle. Not played for many years until play tested - it may improve with a professional clean.

Gradings.......
Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.
Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratches.
Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and more significant scratches.
Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump.
Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc
Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
