Release info: HMV (CLP1869) 1965 Original UK Mono Issue pressed on superiour heavyweight English....ENGLISH !!
I SAY!!!!!....vinyl......you know it makes sense..............
Condition : EX +/EX +-Nr Mint...Vinyl is superb...looks & sounds barely played...deep, deep shine...one or two spindle marks...no egg frying crackle ,silent run ins & between tracks, no annoying clicks, beautiful crisp sound...a joy to behold.......

SLEEVE......Tri- foldback front laminated is superb no ring wear, no laminate loss or crackle...spine fully legible, back shows its age a bit...slightly faded....but overall excellent ,comes with original poly lined emi "outstanding artists" inner..vinyl shows just light evidence of paper wisps...I doubt you`ll find a better example of a true UK 1st press of this lp...nearly 50 yrs old.....
a very nice copy of this monumental piece of 20 century ...jazz..."Mmmmmmmm nice !!" ...
May I state how remarkable this record as survived the test of time....if you consider it was probably played at parties....
with the "beatniks"....(who were always banning the bomb in their sandals) where alcohol was probably consumed....jazz cigarettes undoubtly smoked...& if very lucky, knee tremblers taking place right next to the *radio gram* the filthy beasts....

*not that this item was played on a *radio gram* but if it was, which I know it wasn`t...(please bare with me),.. it was fitted with a very good stylus......the sound is remarkably clear & true & free of any detrimental issues.....wonderful piece of gear....
