JOHN COLTRANE GIANT STEPS RARE MONO DG LP ATLANTIC 1311
From 1960 comes this rare mono deep groove bullseye label pressing of John Coltrane's earth-shattering debut for Atlantic, Giant Steps (Atlantic 1311) - an album that lives up to its title perhaps more than that of any other.
The cover is very good plus due almost entirely to some minor tearing in its lower left-hand corner. Other than that, there's little more than the basic ring and edge wear and minor scuffing, creasing, and discoloration to be expected from a piece of this age to serve as any sort of blemish. The LP itself is housed in its original stock Atlantic company innersleeve and is very good plus as well.
To protect your investment, this LP - as with all vinyl purchased at The Great Escape Online - will be placed in a new plastic outer sleeve prior to packing and shipping.
