Description
This album is by jazz saxophonist John Coltrane. Entitled "Dakar",it was released in mono on Prestige 7280 in 1963. He is joined by Pepper Adams,Cecil Payne,Mal Waldron,Art Taylor and Doug Watkins. The material on this lp was originally recorded in the mid-fifties and put out on an experimental 16 rpm lp so this is actually the first time it came out on 33 1/3 format. Vinyl is on the original yellow and black label with vangelder stamped in the dead wax and grades at vg++ with excellent shine and a few light surface scuffs. Cover is vg with light wear on the front,some soiling and a name written on the back,fraying on the borders and a small split in the middle of the bottom border.
