1st original 1964 US mono pressing with "white" promo super clean labels and wearless spindle hole

Matrix / runout (Side A)  : A -66  A  M7  engraved by hand

Matrix / runout (Side B) : A -66  B  M7  engraved by hand

and Van Gelder machine engraved on both sides

This thick and heavy vinyl retains its fine original sheen and has been played just now for the second time to permit my full audio inspection
