JOHN COLTRANE "SOULTRANE" LP - On PRESTIGE Records #7142. Original MONO pressing with the classic Yellow & Black fireworks labels and Bergenfield, NJ address. The label is DEEP GROOVE on both sides with RVG stamped in the trail-off on both sides. Thick vinyl, thick laminated cardboard cover. The personnel: John Coltrane/tenor sax; Red Garland/piano; Paul Chambers/bass; Arthur Taylor/drums. The vinyl is in EX++ condition (beautiful gloss)!! There are a couple very light sleeve lines on Side B that do not affect play at all. The thick cardboard cover is in excellent shape with strong seams, displays wonderfully. Tiny owner initials in ballpoint pen on back at top left corner. There are NO seam splits, NO bends or creases, NO cut-out marks of any kind, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking.
