Description
Artist: JOHN COLTRANE QUARTET
Title: “A Love Supreme”
Label: IMPULSE. Stereo pressing on medium weight vinyl. Label is orange and black, with black text. Catalog number is AS-77. “VAN GELDER” is stamped in the dead wax of each side.
Year: 1964.

Elvin Jones – drums.
Condition:
DISC: Vinyl is beautiful VG++ with 100% of original gloss, appears to have been played a very small number of times and handled with care. There are a few slight scuffs, not audible, no serious marks or issues. Fidelity is excellent. Labels are clean except for name of original owner lightly stamped on both sides. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer sounding copy.
JACKET: Laminated gatefold jacket is VG++ with nice clean artwork. Outer panels are clean. There is a tiny punch hole through the right top and bottom corner tip. Spine has some chipping, particularly at the top (see photo). A bit of minor wear at corner tips. Inside gatefold has some light spotting in places. No writing or stickers. Overall a very presentable jacket to accompany the fine disc.
