Cover: physically VG+, but there is a small amount of little stains here and there. some browning on back. "demonstration not for sale" stamp on back. very small nick on bottom left seem, but no splitting.
Record: visually strong VG. side 1 plays with almost no background noise at all. side2 has very little.
