JOHN COLTRANE "TENOR CONCLAVE" mono lp on Prestige 7249 (yellow with black print 203 So. Wash. Bergenfield N.J. address) orig. US issue 1962 VG/VG. (New dealer: Please check my About Me page.)

I would grade this LP VG. I will only auction VG condition LPs that are “classic recordings” or just very old, interesting and hard-to-find LPs. These records will have a healthy amount of play and visible scuffs or lines that do affect play. The record still plays through nicely; it’s just an obviously much-appreciated recording. Still way better than no copy at all, and in my opinion, still better than a CD. This lp has had a good amount of play but still retains a lot of it’s shine.  THIS IS A VINTAGE COPY (pre-2000). This plays about 80% in the VG+ range. It's had some play but still plays through fine with no major crackups. The Players: COLTRANRE; HANK MOBLEY; ZOOT SIMS; AL COHN; RED GARLAND; PAUL CHAMBERS; ART TAYLOR. Masterful tenor sax playing with a great rhythm section. 

The Jacket: (I don’t rate any jackets with my initials NM) In black magic marker, my initials back upper left, an x back lower left. A very functional jacket. I would rate the cover VG overall with ring, seam and corner wear. Some age stains. Holding up well overall for an almost 60 yr. old jacket.
