I listen to each record before listing and try to be as honest as possible about even small details rather than just putting 'used condition' or 'excellent'.
The record has a few light marks on it and because it is a very quiet acoustic album there is just a bit of occasional surface noise as is usual with any vinyl that has been played more than a couple of times. Labels are both perfect without even any spindle marks. VG+ by Ebay's grading system.
The sleeve is also in great condition with just a couple of very small bits of edge wear and slight record ring marking. So VG+
