John Fahey ~ Vol. 3: Dance Of Death & Other Plantation Favorites
Takoma C-1004
Very rare 1965 US mono original pressing of Fahey's third album, with black & silver Takoma labels and housed in the original, black and white cover. No insert.
Condition
Record: The playing surfaces on both sides show a full gloss, with just a few light scuffs. Audio quality is excellent throughout, clean and crisp with only a touch of soft surface noise occasionally audible. Both labels are excellent. Side 1 label is on side 2 and vice versa.
Grade: EXCELLENT
Cover: A clean white background with a small area of sticker residue on the front (top/right). The top and bottom seams on these early Takoma covers are fragile as the black paper is very thin and splits easily, but this copy has survived better than most. There's a 1cm crack on the top seam at the opening side, but the rest of seams and spine are intact. All spine print is clearly legible.
