JOHN HOLT - OK Fred (Melodisc SMLP12-180) - LP - 1972

Tracks: Let's Dance (aka Come Dance With Me), My Eyes, Anywhere You Want To Go, Sad News, OK Fred, My Sweet Lord, The Long And Winding Road, Holly Holy, Sometimes, Silently, Don't Leave, Be Wise. Very nicely presented original pressing of this John Holt & The Prince Buster Allstars LP, released on the Melodisc label in 1972. The vinyl retains a very good sheen with some light superficial surface marks, a few fine, light hairlines, and a few very small, light scratches - nothing significant - see descriptions below. Plays beautifully .... A-side: There is a tiny amount of intermittent background surface noise - hardly audible in fact - with some tiny and occasional very small pops and clicks plus just a few slightly more prominent ones. Grade - EX-/EX

B-side: There is a very small improving to tiny amount of intermittent background surface noise with tiny and very small pops and clicks plus an occasional more prominent one, mostly on Tracks 1 and 5. Grade - VG+/EX-

Labels: The A-side label is near pristine (see scan), while there are some names written in biro on the B-side label.

Sleeve: There is a tiny amount of very light wear to the edges, light bumping to the corners, and some lightish creasing to the opening edge. There is some light / lightish general discolouration of the unlaminated back cover, plus three signatures (I can't make them out, but they are NOT Mr Holt) and markings against many of the tracks.
