Mega-rare 1949 original John Lee Hooker 78 as "Johnny Williams". One of his many pseudonyms! The rarest of his releases on Staff. 
Labels are remarkably clean ("Highway Blues" side is near perfect; the "Miss Rosie Mae" side shows few tiny scuffs). Disc is VG with various light scratches from age wear; nothing of any major consequence or that would notably affect playability. No major gouges or dents whatsoever.
