JOHN LEE HOOKER I'm John Lee Hooker LP UK 1968 (Joy) VG/VG+
INFORMATION: Very first UK pressing of his debut album released nine years earlier in the US. Recording dates are as follows:
19 October 1955: B5; 27 March 1956: A1, B4, B6; 1 March 1957: A3; 23 June 1957: A6; 10 June 1958: A4; 22 January 1959: A2, A5, B1, B2, B3.
CONDITION: Sleeve has creasing, ringwear on the back, & small edgewear on the bottom. There is also a rather nasty 'hole' at the top left corner probably from amateur sticker removal! Vinyl has some horrible little squiggly marks on Side 2, but not on Side 1. Side 1 is EX-. Tiny piece of Side 2 label has been pressed into the dead wax at the end & is not in the grooves / does not affect play.
