On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by John Lee Hooker called "No Friend Around" and is an ORIGINAL 1970 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Red Lightnin label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF JOHN LEE HOOKERS RAREST LPs EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  BACK IN 1970 WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED IN THE UK - IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS, AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!!  AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND TODAY!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION AND HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1970 UK MONO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS RED LIGHTNIN LABEL, 1ST PRESS A/B MATRIX ENDINGS, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS 'WEST BROTHERS' FULLY LAMINATED MONO COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Red Lightnin UK 1st Pressing from 1970 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is RL 003 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Red Lightnin Label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st pressing!!!!  

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, only 2 or 3 VERY light TINY scufflines, only 2 or 3 MEGA light TINY surface traces, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  The record is also slightly 'dappled' under light - though this is EXACTLY as this record was pressed (it was made by a very VERY small company indeed!)!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!!  It is also great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  There is also some VERY slight background sound in places - but this is EXACTLY as pressed, and is actually part of the recordings!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in SUPERB condition!!!!  The 1st Press 'West Brothers' FULLY Laminated MONO Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), shiny laminate, only a thin line of laminate lifting along the spinal edge, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  Even the laminated back of the cover is in BRILLIANT condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, only a thin line of laminate lifting along the spinal edge,, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  BRILLIANT COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
